Guy Tomlinson
Guy is an expert researcher, innovator and marketer. He is chief researcher at The Market Researchers and chief marketer at The Marketing Directors. After many years chomping at the bit behind the mirror he now works on both sides and brings huge strategic and practical innovation and marketing experience to our work. He has worked client-side for Boots, Procter & Gamble, Reader’s Digest and Softvision and for agencies including KAE, New Solutions and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Guy has a BSc in Chemistry and is also a Course Director for The Chartered Institute of Marketing
Helen Hoyle
Helen is a highly experienced creative qualitative researcher and project manager with twelve years experience in product, packaging, communications and brand development research. She has huge experience in fast moving consumer goods, particularly food, drink and healthcare. Helen has a passion for innovating new research approaches and pioneered the development of quali-quant clinics to answer specific needs for robust numbers and qualitative insights. She has risen through the ranks at Tangible Branding, has a BA in History and an Advanced Certificate in Marketing (Chartered Institute of Marketing).
Louize Gibson
Louize is an expert qualitative researcher and innovator. She trained at Hauck Research and subsequently moved to Added Value. During her twenty year research career she has specialised in innovation and especially enjoys finding new ways of involving consumers in the creative process. Louize has worked on many well known brands and has huge experience in consumer goods, healthcare, media and services markets. She has a BA in Marketing and Theatre Studies
Mary Spence
Mary is an expert researcher and innovator. She has huge expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research and new product development. Mary has worked with many well known agencies including KAE, Diagnostics and Tangible as well as her own company McDonnell Spence. She has helped solve client problems in markets as diverse as consumer goods, healthcare and consumer, b2b and financial services both in the UK and beyond. She has a BA in Marketing
Saff Mitten
Saff is an expert brand researcher and innovator. An Australian national, she trained in qualitative and quantitative research down under and now lives and works in the UK. Saff has particular experience in consumer goods, media, telecoms and services markets as well as dealing with a range of social issues for Government and other public sector organisations. She is passionate about raising standards in qualitative research and held responsibility in this area for both the Association for Qualitative Researchers in the UK and Market Research Society of Australia. Saff has a degree in Communications
Sharon Wolf
Sharon is one of the world’s leading qualitative and ethnographic researchers. Based in San Francisco and New York, she runs US projects as well as contributes to global studies. Previously Sharon was marketing director for Spicer and Oppenheim. She has also held leadership positions for ESOMAR and the American Marketing Association and was the founding Editor in Chief for QRCA Views (the journal of the US Qualitative Research Consultants Association). She has an MA in Literature and an MS in Psychology
Nicky Miller
Nick is our research recruitment manager and a creative helping develop research stimulus. After five years working for us she has built huge personal networks. Who she doesn’t know is nobody’s business. She started out in interior design working for top London firms and still drops names at every opportunity. Nick has a BA in Design
